They MAC's BIG MISTAKES

I had the most shocking Black Friday sale experience. Bought items when they were discounted and buy one get one free. They took money but didn't complete order. I contacted them to find out when order was arriving. They said it was unsuccessful and would return cash. I don't want cash, I want the order fulfilled with exactly what I should've received on that day. At what point were they planning to tell me that they had randomly taken my money with an epic failure in their system that they couldn't even pick it up. The person I dealt with was useless at resolving and said someone else would get back to me. Still hasn't happened. They offered me a trash 30% off voucher, when they have a current 40% sale on their website. My biggest problem is 1) Taking money without fulfilling order is theft. They only returned when I followed up. 2) A mega cosmetics company cant fulfil promises. 3) Useless customer services 4) No control over online purchases 5) Don't care about integrity and honouring mistake on their part 6) Lack of follow through. Until this is resolved within the next week I am going to find one platform a day to leave bad reviews on. Customer ***
