The only store that won't swap a GIFT...

Mac... I absolutely love your lipsticks, hence why I was given two for my birthday. However, they both happened to be the same colour; "Whirl". As one does when they get given two of the same items, I went into the Gateway store to exchange one for a different colour. The box hadn't even been opened but I was told "Sorry, you can't return this as you don't have a receipt"... I am aware I don't have a receipt, it was a GIFT. Majority of people don't give someone a gift with the price on or with a receipt. I find it absolutely MIND BLOWING that you will not let a customer swap an untouched product. So now... I have to sit with two of the same lipsticks as you stated "there is nothing we can do, sorry".

This is the most ridiculous thing I hav ever heard and you are the ONLY store I have been to that does not allow one to return an item that was given as a gift.

Absolute nonsense, I'm sorry. Definitely will never be supporting your brand again after this ordeal.
