Terrible online order system

If online ordering is your preferred way of shopping, reconsider when you order from MAC Cosmetics South Africa. When you order the incorrect product, you can not exchange instore. Then when you have enough guts to endure the extremely painful process of returning an item (completing forma, uploading pictures etc) and finally the courier understands to what address he should return the item, you will wait ages for the refund to reflect. Don’t bother to email; maybe after the 5th mail you might get a response. Never ever will I order online from them again..

@MAC, please take note from takealot how simple a return process can be.. I order easily and frequently from them as it it absolutely no hassle to return anything to them. They even refund you within 48hours!
