System errors not fixed

Mac has a 25% off site wide sale (with terms and conditions) for three days. Since day 1 i have been querying one product, which was not discounted. It was confirmed to me that it is a system error and they will correct it 3 days ago. Now still it is now showing. How can it almost take 4 days to fix a system error. Pathetic
