Still no answer or assistance after a week!

Hi,<br> <br> I've been trying to get hold of MAC Cosmetics, Tygervalley, Cape Town.<br> <br> The following number is on you website: +***8, however, there's absolutely no answer for the past week. <br> <br> I've sent emails to inquire about this problem and ask for assistance, still no one has responded to my emails. I also phoned head office numerous times, absolutely no assistance with my MAC PRO card.<br> <br> I'm very unhappy with the type of service that I receive from M.A.C Cosmetics and would gladly appreciate the assistance of someone that could assist me with my temporary MAC PRO card and make-up purchase.<br> <br>
