Shoddy Customer Service

I placed an order on the 27/11/2020 and today at 2.57pm on the 01/12/2020, i still have no delivery date! i have sent an email to their queries and also dialled their number. i held on for exactly 15 minutes per the timer on my phone and no-one responded to either my email or call. then on top of that, i see on my order that the one product i ordered is now out of stock. the thing was not out of stock when i placed and paid for my order! i will never order from them again!
