Shocking

I was extremely disappointed by the service I received at the Mac store on Clearwater this evening. I walk in and wait at the till, no service. But 2 ladies are standing around top busy putting on make up for themselves to notice I am standing there waiting. The lady behind the till disappears because a random man comes in and starts talking to her. They bend down behind the counter and she emerges a few minutes later with her bra showing and looking flustered..... Seriously. The music is so loud i can barely hear myself think or speak, shocking. What has happened to your Mac store in Clearwater? What happened to the friendly effective staff you usually have? I have honestly never had such bad service from a Mac store and I have been a loyal customer for years. It was like a different store completely.... Not good.
