Rude Staff

I walked into the Mac store ( the one that is part of Edgar's) and as usual there are 3 or 4 artists/ assistants in the store. I must have waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. They didn't! I stood at the till waiting for the that person to assist once she was done with the customer paying. She didn't bother to even say \ I'll be with you in a sec\". She Completely ignored me. Another person who had just walked in was assisted before me. This is not the first time that this has happened either. EVERY time I go into a Mac store it's the same thing. All the staff think they are too cool to help you. Let them be reminded that they are the ones working behind a counter!! most stores are the same and most of the staff seem to have the same \" I'm too cool attitude\" and can't be bothered to do the job they are paid to do. It's so disappointing- poor reflection on the brand!! "
