Rock Hard MAC Mineralize Powder.- Unsatisfied and extremely unhappy client.!!!

I spoke to one of MACs consultants over the phone on the 6th of Feb.

I have explained to the consultant that I purchased my Mineralize powder with my online profile on 26/06/2018.

I don’t use it on a daily basis because I don’t wear a lot of makeup. I saw that the product started to harden around the edges a few months ago and is now completely unusable. I mailed my query to MAC and did not receive any feedback per mail. So I started to phone and that was a 0 assistance as well. So I went back to mails again only to receive a response on the 12th of Feb only to say they received my mail and they will get back to me. So did days pass and phone calls made. So then I received a mail saying “Kindly note that the only way to avoid this from happening with your powder products is if you wash your applicator as often as possible” well I will understand that If I used my powder on a daily basis, but I don’t and if I had a bush that was dirty but my brush is still brand new so this is definitely not the problem. I really think I received old stock or the product is just up to no good. I have powder from Estee Lauder that is almost 3years old and still useable no problems. So please don’t tell me the problem is my brush. Definitely the worst service I received in a long time. Will not recommend MAC products if this is what you get and pay a lot for.
