<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 10.24px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">On 27 February 2017 I as assited by T.J who was very helpful, he informed me that he could only do my session, which took 35minutes, i had booked a appoint formyself and three friends to have a 60min make up session. Upon arrival i was onky told that the had new staff and did not have the capacity to do my two friends.Mind you you there were three other artist on the floor. Because my two friends could not have their sessions they asked to have make up tested on them to get the best ones for their different skin types. None of the three artist looked interested to help at all. When Gareth was asked to assist he mumbled under his breathe and said something about having another client. I then asked the other two ladies to assist my friend and they had an attitude, to the point that we told them to leave it. Now 5minutes after that this a white blonde curly haired girl walks into the store and to my dismay, the three *not so interested* artists lit up and swammed around the customer. And his happened repeatedly with all the other customers who were tha same colour as them. Now please tell me why this is!!!! We bought goods to the value of R2100 that night and T.J provided us with samples in case we didnt like the product WE COULD RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND. We paid for the product with my DEBIT CARD and went on our way to our work function with a bitter taste in our mouths. On 4th March i was there to rwturn two pro****s and i was told i cpuld not et a refund because i paid wih a debit card and not a credit card. What difference does it make, you still have my money. T.j never told us this that night. And most of all i do not want a cent of mine going to your unproffessiona store. You have tarnished a brand i gave used for the past 7years. I DEMAND A REFUND!.I have the unopened products and a till slip. I called Kerryn for assistance. She is never availble</span></p>
