Product Defect

<p>I purchased a Mac foundation and Mac face powder late December 2016 at Foschini Canal Walk. I first used the foundation at the end of December and discovered that the foundation takes rather long to dispense. After mu second attempt to use the foundation, the same thing happened. i then asked my daughter why this was happening as she is a regular Mac customer. She then confirmed my suspicion that the bottle was less than half filled. I was extremely disappointed as she convinced me to change over to Mac. Being a first time customer of Mac...this was rather disappointing. I could not take the foundation back to the store as i was already on holiday and also so very inconvenient.</p>
