Pregnant Lady at Edgars Mac Makeup Clear Water Mall 26/08/2018

I came in on Sunday 26 August intending to replace my Mac makeup which I had lost. I am not knowledgeable about makeup I last bought makeup 5 years ago so I was hoping to get guidance on what other products I can use and how. However this pregnant lady wanted to get rid of me from the moment I walked in. My first question was if they had makeup that would not show on papers if touched my face, then she immediately stopped applying the makeup on my face and said maybe you should try Este Laude. Honestly how can one be a brand ambassador and yet you don't try win customers. I am a MAC loyal customer and didn't want to try Estee Laude. From there it went downhill she was getting irritated with all my questions and talking to me as if I'm her 2 year old child. I even told to stop being soo rude, but I think that made it worse. On top off that she was shouting at her colleague about some make up that the colleague had packed away. It was soo much ugliness in one place. Honestly someone with such a rude attitude has no business selling products.

I also needed the makeup for an event later that evening, but walking out of that store I felt enraged, honestly how can someone be so rude to me for spending my hard earned money at their shop. I know Edgars is under financial constraint but how will it turn around if its got such appalling service.
