Poor service and health risk

I visited the MAC Sandton City Branch on 01 May 2015 to find a new lipstick. I found a lovely shade and the sale assistant was helpful and asked whether I would like to try the lipstick on. She handed me a tissue to remove my lipstick that I was wearing. Seconds after I wiped my lips with the tissue I asked what was on it - she looked again at the liquid that she sprayed on - it was ACETONE. my lips were stinging and burning. A few minutes later she handed me a tissue with the correct make up remover to use. A week later my lips are still raw and hurt.. it feels like I have only a fine layer of skin left on my lips. I am shocked that such negligence can happen at such a reputable store without much remorse.
