Poor poor service

I went to Mac in Woodlands on Friday and specifically asked the lady that I want a Matte lipstick. She gave different colors testing 2 of them on her and tested 1 on my hand. I selected that color without the knowledge or explanation that she was testing textures. When I got home I tried the lipstick and realized that it was shimmery and when I went today to complain about it she then told me they can’t help me because I chose that color. One I’m not an assistant there and had the lady explained the difference between the textures o would have explained which one I wanted. The service was absolute torture with 4 against one employed backing each other about then not fully doing their job mxm
