PLEASE READ!!!!!

First of all I would lime to say that I have been using MAC beuty products for a long time. Never failed me even once. Second thing is that I would like to apologize to all people working in customer service!!!! Today I saw one of my friends and she made an order during black friday sale, she didn't receive 2 of her gifts. I'm ashamed of the way she talks and behaves... For the first time in my life I'm ashamed to say that I'm coming from South Africa. Does no one reads anyone ???? Are people so full of themselves that they do not read about the promotions because for which they spend money???? I'm maybe old and my time has maybe passed but the level of stupidy of my South African sisters is something that I cannot make peace with. I'm not talking about all of the people, just about a chosen few that live their lives with 2 brain cells. DEAR LADIES, PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROMOTIONS!!!! Stop making other South Africans look bad because of your stupidity. It's clearly visible as it is with every promotion that gifts are available only as long as the company has a stock for it. So there should be no hard feelings when you do not receive a gift!!!! I was so ashamed when I saw the way my friend talks with these people, the way she treats them, the way she behaves... I'm starting to think that some people cannot read. This same situation happened to me also mutiple times during the years that I have been using Mac's cosmetics, it's no big deal. Those people provide you with a discount code which you can use on the next purchase, they can even make a special discount code just for you, if you talk calmly and be nice to them. But of course they won't because you are being a disgusting human being. It's shamefull to say in the least how much some people can be stupid.
