Pathetic service. Worst experience ever!!

I made an online order and only received half of my order. I called 16 times. I got hold of them once out of the 16 times. I mailed them 9 times and reached out to them on Facebook. They took my money and refuse to get back to me. It's the worst service ever. They are *******. I want the rest of my order. Stop robbing people. You are pathetic
