Pathetic Service - MAC EASTGATE

There always unfriendly ladies assisting at the MAC counters. Some of them are busy dolling themselves, that they tend to give you attitude when you approach them. Being a regular MAC client for years, I was absolutely appalled by Samba/Sambus behaviour on Saturday. She refused to give me a free sample of the foundation. She always want to stand like a model and should learn how to serve customers instead of plastering her face with the FREE MAC MAKEUP. MAC needs to get professional makeup artists instead of employing people who watch HOW MANY Times AND WITH WHO YOU ARE WITH.
