Pathetic service from Mac cosmetic Rosebank

I went to Mac cosmetics on Sunday and I was served by a lady called Caressa who seemed to be in a hurry and I found her rude I explained to her what I needed and she told me I wasn't allowed touch any samples because of Corona, which I found very stupid what's the point of opening the shop you would rather shut it down and allow people to buy online... That doesn't make any sense to me... So I called the lady following day and she asked me to come and change the item I then sent my husband the lady was more rude yet its also her fault because there are 2 types of ruby and she gave me the wrong one and didn't allow me to test or maybe they couldn't change it for me because I'm black... I'm so angry at this pathetic service from this shop it is such a pity we still have such people to deal with costumers or people on a daily basis, and to who ever runs the shop this idea of people not using testers is stupid, I do understand what the country is facing but this makes no sense.. So today I called and spoke to Penny the rudest who dropped the phone while I was still explaining,, what kind of ******* is that and I'm definitely coming to throw that lipstick right in their faces they can keep it
