PATHETIC SERVICE

The consultants at the MAC Makeup store at the Truworths Liberty Midlands Mall, need to learn service etiquette. Their service is terrible and do not know how to treat customers.

Every time I went into the store I had an issue, with the exception of one consultant, who made an effort.

The one instance, it was 16h50pm and the store was closing at 17h00pm, and I asked the consultant for advice, she advised me that she cannot help me as the brushes have been washed and the store is about to close. This is not how a customer should be treated.

The second instance, I was chatting to the consultant, and another customer approached him, and he chose to deal with that customer, despite me being there first.

The third instance which angered me the most and tempted me to write this review, was when my sister advised me she needed foundation and she was at the Truworths store and need my assistance. She told me she has always used Estee` Lauder, but I insisted she try MAC as I use their foundation. The consultant who was assisting us was rudely interrupted by another MAC consultant who had requested our consultant to attend to something else, which the consultant who was assisting us had done and left us standing in the store.

Their service is absolutely pathetic. Customers should not be treated in this way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
