Pathetic Customer Service

I called in to enquire about the cost of make-up application services as I had to make a booking for 3 individuals and the consultant who answered the phone was rude, answered all questions in a sarcastic and annoyed tone, and created the impression that the application is more of a hassle to them than anything else. My questions were directed at the cost, the times available, and whether multiple applications could occur simultaneously. I don't appreciate the tone and approach of the consultant took especially because customer centricity is integral to the beauty industry. I will not be engaging with that store ever again
