Outstanding Service

I would like to commend Yatish from your Galleria branch, for the outstanding service which he provides his customers. A few months ago, I made a purchase at the Gateway branch and I was left speechless because the service which they provided me with, was appalling. It was then that I decided to never make another MAC purchase. The manager of the Gateway branch had even offered me free services which I declined because I was so offended by her staff. My sister had advised me of the professionalism which she received from the staff at the Galleria branch so I decided to give the store a try and I'm very glad that I did. Yatish definitely does go above and beyond for his clients. Although the Pavilion and Gateway branches are 10km and 17km away from me, I will gladly travel the 30km to the Galleria every time I need to make a purchase because good service is difficult to come by these days. Yatish is an asset to your team and the Gateway branch could take a few notes from him.
