Order not delivered

i bought a lipstick from the Mac online store, i was very skeptical about buying online since most sights **** people, i bought the order went through, now i check the status of the product it says delivered, i never received anything and then it says my order was cancelled.<br> <br> they never refunded my money if that's the case. <br> i went to the centurion store this past weekend to know more information but i never Got any help.
