Online order not delivered

Made an online purchase in 9 Feb. The delivery address didn’t pull through my company name, thus Aramex didn’t know where to deliver to. According to Aramex they contacted MAC to confirm the address, no feedback. I eventually followed up with MAC and was informed to contact Aramex myself, I was not provided with a tracking nr or contact nr. Aramex informed me yesterday that the order was returned to MAC because they didn’t receive feedback. Still awaiting feedback after 3 emails to MAC - I requested a refund. I needed the foundation 7 days ago. Also would like to know why Aramex made no attempt to contact me directly. This is not the service I’m used to from MAC
