Online *****

I did a purchase online on the 28th of November. The goods never arrived. I have been following up with Mac consistently for my refund as promised by them. Their online policy stipulates refunds will be done in 7 working days. It's been over 30 working days. The delaying tactics by MAC South Africa is absolutely shocking and goes against the rules and regulations on the National Consumer Protection Act. MAC please investigate this *****ulent activity.
