no product knowledge

I buy alot from Mac and was very exited when Mac opened in Bloemfontein. Little did I know that the salesgirls would have no product knowledge and that their system would always be down when you want them to uodate the details. I was recommended incorrect products, for instance they told me Mac has no highlighters and I bought what they recommended. After getting fantastic service at Canal Walk I must recommend that Bloem gets serious training as they waste customers money and is shameful to the brands name.
