No Existent Customer Service

I ordered makeup on line. When it arrived one of the powders was smashed and broken- unusable. I also noticed that 2 payments had gone through for the same purchase. I have now been trying for over 2 weeks to call the customer service line and have sent numerous emails and even written on their Facebook page and have yet to get hold of someone.
