No delivery from MAC. BUT I PAID ONE MONTH WAITING

Hi this is my 7th time contacting mac i still did not receive my order since last month … please advise no one comes back to me this is very frustrating and my hard earned money

They keep saying they need to check with the courier company and they will get back to me

But no one gets back to me

I have called the courier company myself as well

I was waiting on number 17

After one hour of holding I got cut off I have emailed them 2 times no reply

My sister and I both placed orders on the same day

She received hers long ago I Am still waiting
