Misleading advertising claims not calculated in basket

I have been trying to order MAC since last week Wednesday, everyday there is an issue where the free item and/or discount has not been app**** in my cart. I missed the three free samples on one day, the free make-up brush another day. I have used the BOT to get help but there is no option in the drop down menu for 'incorrectly calculated basket'. No one has contacted me as yet and I am concerned that I wont even get the 30% that was advertised today. I made a video yesterday and today that shows the discount and free offer advertised vs. the free offer and discount calculated in my basket that prevented me from buying. As a consumer, I demand the free item/items plus the discount as was advertised on the website. I can share the videos via whatsapp, please share your business account number.
