MacPathetic

My wife recently purchased 4 Mac lipsticks during the black Friday sale on the 28 November. When the parcel came there was only 3 lipsticks. She tried emailing the customer care email and she tried calling the mac online number but there was no response. My wife then went to the Mac store in cresta and the ladies said that they are unable to assist because their store is in dependant from the online Mac store. After that my wife messaged the Mac south africa page on Instagram and they said someone would call her with feedback, no one has called and they said that they are unable to assist further. My wife is disgusted with the service and says she will never order online again. Mac was quick to debit the money but cannot provide her with the lipstick
