MAC - THE WINNERS OF "THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD EVER!"
I would give MINUS stars if I could. A shameful excuse for what they call customer service. I have sent 4 emails with no response, on hold over 40 minutes with no answer. They didn't deliver all my items I paid for and now just do not respond or answer - emails, phones or Instagram! USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!!!

08 Dec 2020, 10:29They REFUSE to replace items not delivered and now only want to refund sale price for these items. They want you to reorder at full price. I was on hold for 1 hour before someone answered the phone who REFUSED to put me through to a manger, and REFUSED to replace undelivered items. If your website said items were available, you must deliver them! What you are doing is *****ING! MAC MANAGERS - get your act together, man up, and FACE your customers!!!!
