MAC PAVILION UNHELPFUL STAFF

On 2 separate occasions I visited the MAC Cosmetics store at the Pavilion in Durban and on both occasions I was left standing in the store oblivious to the staff members who were quick to help other customers who had just walked in before me or at the same time as me. I was going to change my makeup brand to MAC and was going to spend quite a bit of money but unfortunately I was left feeling like I was not welcome so I went to another cosmetic company who dealt with my needs immediately. Very disappointing from MAC Pavilion
