MAC ONLINE SALE -AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!! DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE

Absolutely shocking service from MAC ONLINE. MAC - if you can't handle the orders during a sale, don't do it! I ordered 4 items to qualify for the 40% discount.

When I received the order there were only 3 items. NO notification that the 1 item was out of stock - no invoice in the box and the box had been tampered with so I accused the poor courier of taking 1 of the items. I had been debited for the full amount of 4 items (with no credit note) so assumed it should be 4 items.

I then tried to phone MAC to verify what had actually been sent - also a mission because you hang on the line forever. I eventually gave up and called back -also waited for a millennium on the phone. They confirmed only 3 products were sent - but no credit app**** or notification to client!!!

This is really ***** business practice. The client has to call THEM before they will refund you for the product THEY DID NOT SEND. Then to make matters worse - I only got a 30% discount on the items purchased because there were only 3 items (By no fault of my own)

DO NOT ORDER DURING A SALE - IT IS SHAMBOLIC
