MAC ONLINE DELIVERY INCOMPLETE

I bought foundation when MAC was running a promotion Saturday the 28th of November, it was stated on the site and on the email communication that was sent out that you get a free brush when you buy foundation. I picked my foundation & at check out was asked to select the brush of my choice & I chose the 240s large tapered brush & in my cart was 3 things, the foundation, the brush and a MAC store card to receive a skin care sample. then I got my online order number ***.

my delivery was made today on Friday the 04 December and there's no brush in the delivery, the delivery slip there's only 2 things in the packed, the foundation & the MAC store card for the Skin care sample.

I have been on the phone trying to call MAC online number on *** and held on for 3 hours with no success, the call was cut 4 times. can somebody please get back to me at the MAC Online Store to advise where's my brush cause I wouldn't have bought the foundation if I wasn't getting that brush.
