MAC never has stock

I have been trying to get my powder from Mac for about 6 weeks now. Everyone I ask when stock will be arriving they say they don’t know what the warehouse will send the store . If they don’t even have basic items like powder how can you stay loyal to a brand , I messaged Mac on messenger with an oppertunity to resolve the issue and was told someone would be calling me shortly , well I have been waiting more than a week and no phone call . The service is pathetic !!!
