MAC Customer care is disgusting!

Rating Mac as even 1 star is appalling to me. There should be an option for negative rating! Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer care in actually fact there is NO customer care! I placed an order and paid for an order on the 27 November. I ordered with Kiss Blush and Tell Black Friday deal which was still available! This deal got you a free full sized fixing spray when you spent over an amount. In my cart it showed this free deal. The order arrived but with out a fixing spray. I have tried to contact customer care via telephone, messenger as well as email and get absolutely no response. I have held on the phone for over three hours in total and no answer. Fb Messenger just says they cannot help!!! It is over a month since I ordered. On top of this I have been locked out of my account as well as never received an email for my order yet the money was definitely taken! For a high end brand that is definitely not cheap your customer care is absolutely disgusting and shocking! I want this rectified immediately as this was supposed to be a Christmas Gift and has now been ruined due to awful customer care! I am utterly disgusted by the service! And will never recommend this brand to anyone or use it myself again
