Mac cosmetics the WORST online services.

Mac cosmetics has the worst online services. They do not answer call nor do they reply to email complains. They experience technical errors on they website and the amounts was debited from my account but order never place. I am struggling to get hold of them to refund and and to trace my recent order as well. I love the brand but they services are pathetic.
