MAC Cosmetics lies - says no stock however stock is available to purchase on full price

Good day

I purchase from MAC cosmetics on a regular basis and I received my order - please see details below. The order did not contain 2 of the 6 items and I received no notification from MAC regarding this which is most unprofessional.

I have just chatted with an agent who has advised that my free gifts were not delivered as they were out of stock however the items are available online.

Furthermore, she advised that the terms and conditions state that free gifts are subject to availability; however this is not included in the terms and conditions.

This is in fact *****ulent information that I was provided with. They have no understanding of the Consumer Protection Act as well.

Very disappointing.
