MAC Cosmetics DISAPPOINTS!

Absolutely **********! No updates received, my confirmation email for my purchase outlined the courier as Dawnwing. My parcel arrived this morning through Aramex. I couldn't understand why I could smell the makeup so strongly even before opening the package. Upon opening, the makeup bottle was smashed with makeup leaking everywhere.

Is this how business is done?
