MAC Cosmetics - BAD Service

Good day,<br> <br> I ordered MAC Makeup online on the 3rd Aug. R360 were taken off my bank account. After two weeks I was told that they never received my order and will refund the R360 to me.<br> <br> It's been 16 working days now and I'm still waiting for the money to be refunded to me. <br> <br> This is shocking service.
