MAC Cosmetics Africa worst online shopping experience

0 star for MAC Cosmetics Africa! I did an online purchase on Saturday on products that were on special. I didn’t receive any form of payment or order confirmation up to 3 days later! I enquired on their whatsapp number about my order took them the whole day to reply to my query and Katarina asked if my payment went through of which I confirmed and on their side also, next thing they tell me my order was not processed so they will have to refund me. They don’t even explain why my order was not processed. So my problem is, why did they advertise that special and allow customers to purchase only to not process their orders? Is it some kind of false advertising or what?
