Linking Mac Pro card to Mac online login

I have been waiting for a week to link my Mac Pro number to the Mac website without success. Support is super slow & item I was trying to buy is again sold out & am now having to get it collected and bought in Durban and couriered at my cost. Also the special included a free gift which now I lose. Also now I have to get a family member to drive to the store in Durban to fetch the product for me. All this inconvenience and loss of the free gift because Mac support is pathetic. It’s been a few calls and e-mails to Thobile which has been super frustrating.

When you get your pro card they should tell you to check that it’s linked to your online account ASAP and to test as it seems this is a common complaint
