Lack of service
I have been using mac over 10 years now. I had a complaint about a product I bought. I emailed customer service who said i must send them the picture, which i did. its been over a week and I have not received a reply from them. The issue I have is a mac foundation powder I bought has a hard bump in it. It looks like there is a small spec of something hard and the foundation is covering it. I have always been using this powder and this is the first time i found this. Clearly there's something wrong with this batch.

14 Oct 2019, 08:35I finally get a reply from customer services. They send me a generic email stating their product quality is high.
All I want to know is if I can take the product to a mac store and get the item replaced. That way mac can do tests as to why the product was not up to their supposed high quality.
