HORRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION

Hideous service and pathetic attitude. I ordered an item 22 April 2018 and instead of mentioning that the item is out of stock, they sent me something else that was not even close to what I wanted. It has been two weeks now, I have not received the correct item nor a refund. There is only one person who handles everything so it is impossible to escalate the issue to a different person. My calls are ignored and my emails are not responded to. Bad and unprofessional for a company of that calibre!!!
