Horrible service

My mother and I went to purchase at Mac cosmetics the one at Edgar's Pavillion Durban. We walked in there the ladies that work there were busy talking amongst themselves not paying any attention to us when we asked for help. They completely ignored us till I had to literally tap one of the ladies for help. Even then she still continued chatting with her friend while assisting us paying us no attention. I would recommend Mac giving their staff training about customer service because I would never got back there again after my experience.
