Horrible Service

Good day

With numerous attempts contacting, explaining and trying to resolve this issue i still did not receive my replacement Cleanse of oil.

so here goes explaining the entire situation again:

order # ********** 227 was delivered 21 Jan 2019, i emailed customer service(22 Jan in the morning as requested after calling them) and on the website (21 Jan), this emails included the pictures below, stating that the oil leaked and that even the box that all the products came was full of this oil. The lady assured me that a replacement will be sent, which did not happen, i phoned two weeks later, same promise same outcome and i phoned lastweek again, same situation.

i could not start using my entire new collection, which if you check on your records only Jan 2019 was not a small amount to be exact R7752????? I am a loyal Mac supporter and convert every person in my path to rater use MAC, its more expensive bust last longer etc and they trust me and do this BUT this is the kind of treatment a Loyal customer receives?????

So on Friday 1 March after this email above the only response was

Dear Roschelle Thank you for your email. Please be advised that your replacement item has been sent out under waybill WEB ********** 2. We would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. Kind regards MAC Cosmetics Online

I rep****: “Good day

is the best apology you can do? and just to correct your sentence, you have only contacted and created the waybill for my parcel to be sent out today!!”

So basically nothing was done before that for two months!!

And i received my package yesterday 4 March

And phoned after sending this mail and the lady assured she will phone me back straight away!

I am extremely unsatisfied at this stage I still have no response
