Horrible Black Friday Experience with Mac SA. I will never use them again!

I had a truly terrible experience. I placed a big order before black Friday utilising the deals. In one month and x4 follow-up calls(No clear assistance) to customer care my package could not get delivered successfully. Without my authorisation, and against my wishes, they authorised a refund. I made it very clear that this is not a suitable outcome since I lost all the deals from black Friday. I have since shared 4 emails with customer care without any response.

I will not be returning as a customer and will utilise every single platform to complain about the service received. The Mac South Africa website is a terrible experience to begin with and it also reflects the lack of customer service in their escalation processes.
