Great customer service .

I’m reviewing Mac Rosebank . I don’t have much knowledge on makeup and still a newbie.I was looking for a matte lipstick and was quite confused on where to look .

As soon as I stepped in the store the lady came to help me ,she was patient with me and allowed me to spend as much time as needed deciding on which lipstick to get .

Not only am I impressed with the lipstick that lasts literally the whole day . But just the general buying experience. A lot of cosmetics stores have lost that hands on service with customers . Unless the customer shows seriousness about buying a product they’re not really as engaged and they leave one to wander on their own .
