Goodbye Mac, you lost a customer forever

Pity I can't give them minus stars. Placed an online order but received no confirmation. Tried calling but after holding for 40 minutes I was cut off. Emails to customer service is still unanswered. The money went off my account obviously. Terrible experience!!
