"Fully booked" a month in advance!

<p>So, baught a voucher for my fiance and her **** of honor to get their makeup done for the wedding. Wanted to make a booking for them for the 16th of DECEMBER. At first they told me that they are not allowed to do two persons at the same time but they will find out from the manager. Came back to me saying that they can only help them at 11 am or 12 am and that they are fully booked after that! Really!? A month in advance and they are "fully booked" after 12? I really think it has to do with that it is a public holiday and they are closing early. What pathetic service. </p>
