False advertising & ZERO customer service

False advertising & **** customer service. They respond to my inquiries on Facebook about whether or not their phone lines are working, but in 3 days no one has the time to respond to a customer care e-mail? Or answer their phones .... They ran a special whereby you can pick a Mac brush of your choice. Having ordered my foundation the day before, i ordered a second one in order to get a free brush. My package arrives more than a week later & there is no brush in the package. If it wasn't for the free brush, I would not have purchased foundation again. No one answers the phones, & no one responds to e-mails or website inquiry e-mails. SHOCKING!!!
